Looking to book my services for your next party, bachelorette, team building, corporate etc? Please read below. I look forward to working with you!
Details:
- In the personalization box, please leave me the theme you are hoping to achieve ( example: winter wonderland, barbie, or n/a if no theme) & what type of party/event this is. ( example: bridal shower, kids birthday party )
- Using the drop down calendar, please leave what date your event is.
- Parties can run from 2-2.5 hours. Please note that set up takes 1-1.5 hours and will need to have access to the location prior to event beginning. Take down/Clean up is about 45 mins to an hour.
What to expect with the purchase of this deposit?
- Using the email you leave at checkout, I will send you over an email with a questionnaire. Please make sure the email you leave at checkout is active and checked often.
- Once the questionnaire is completed and returned, I personally curate options for your signs. Once I have gathered all my options, we schedule a Zoom call to finalize details and payment. Please allow 3-5 days after purchasing this deposit for curation. I will reach out with some dates/time for your Zoom Meeting.
Policies To Note:
-All payment must be collected 48 hours after your personalized invoice is sent.
- No Shows/Cancellations for your Party? Due to the nature of this service, any cancellations/no shows on the day of will not be refunded. Sign and all materials are cut out and assembled ahead of time, however any unused signs/materials will be left with the host of the party to disperse as needed.
- This deposit is nonrefundable and will go towards the final cost of your party.
- You must cancel your party 7 days in advance to receive a full refund.
- Total does not include gratuity and although it is never expected, it is always appreciated.
Prices:
-Total of Each Party Ranges because $35-$50 a person depending on the size of the finished product. This price includes myself, the setup/clean up, blank wooden signs + accessories of your specific design, paint, brushes, table clothes, tables etc. A large enough space must be available. Each guest needs a minimum of about 1-2 feet of space.
-Host receives their sign for free if you book 10+ guests.
