Below are my commonly asked questions and most up to date policies. Please read this page carefully prior to making a purchase. If something is unclear, please use the 'Contact' page to send me a message.
What is your turn around time for your products?
My current turnaround time is 21-28 days from the day you purchased from my site. *Some* full custom request such as large signs may take longer than that to account for my personal suppliers to accommodate custom cuts of materials for me.
The only exception to the current turnaround time is if you purchased a 'Rush Order' with your product which moves you to the top of my docket with a wait time of 7 days ( weekends and holidays not included) Not all orders qualify for a 'Rush Order' ( Large Business Name Signs are an example) Please reach out to me If you are unsure of any details.
Return Policy
I do not offer any refunds on any products that are considered "custom".
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 21-28 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped sent to the email you use at checkout.
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, however sometimes things out of our control may happen. ( Shipping delays by the USPS/UPS) .Please make sure you have input the correct shipping address at checkout to avoid any further shipping charges if a package is returned to me. Note that processing time/shipping time are separate. The amount of time that the package takes to arrive to you is based on the shipping you choose at checkout but does not shorten your turnaround time.
My order has not moved out of PreTransit or it is "lost" What should I do?
All of my orders go out on either a Wednesday or a Friday ( Weekends as needed). Please allow 24 hours from the date you received your tracking number for shipments to be scanned and updates.
1. If you believe you have been a victim of a stolen package, please contact your local authorities to file a police report & then contact me.
2. I have added Route Package Protection in the occurrence that the order is broken, lost or stolen, it is eligible for a replacement/refund with proper image documentation. Please do NOT toggle off this protection at checkout to ensure that your order is protected. I am able to see if this was removed. If your product arrives broken/damaged or is stolen and you did not purchase Route, no refunds or replacements will be issued.
- None of my products are shipped out with any form of warranty. You have 7 days from when tracking says 'DELIVERED' to message me about any shipping incident that might have occurred in transport.
